Vimal Hi Tech A Leading Manufacturer & Exporter of Packaging Solutions. Established in 1989, Vimal Hi-Tech Industries has emerged as one of the foremost manufacturers and exporters of premium BOPP Tapes (Plain, Coloured, and Printed) and Stretch Films. With over 33 years of experience in the industry, we have built a strong reputation for delivering superior product performance and reliability. Our product range has gained recognition both domestically and internationally, with exports to countries such as America, the Middle East, and various African nations. As a result, Vimal Hi-Tech has grown into one of India’s leading companies in the production of printed adhesive tapes, speciality tapes, and Stretch Films.
Our Journey:
- 1980: Commenced as Export Executive at Jain Exports Pvt Ltd.
- 1984: Initiated trading business of industrial and automotive lubricants.
- 1989: Incorporated BOPP Self Adhesive Tapes into the trading business.
- 1995: Established our own state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for BOPP Self Adhesive Tapes in Ghaziabad.
- 2010: Expanded our trading business to include Stretch Film and Specialty Tapes.
- 2011: Established an office in Yiwu, China, and commenced importing various items.
- 2015: Set up our manufacturing unit for Stretch Film.
- 2021: Established a converting unit for imported specialty tapes.
- 2022: Opened a Sales & Marketing office in Dubai, UAE, to cater to the Middle East & African market.
- 2023: Expanded our production capacity for BOPP Tapes with the setup of another manufacturing facility.

Mr. Basant Agarwal, was Born in Meerut, completed his schooling from Aligarh & Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. After completing his B.Sc (Bachelor of Science) from MMH College, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. He realized his true passion in life was doing Business. But to learn the tricks of the trades he went under training for 4 years (by doing job and learning from basics) Finally after 4 years of handwork and grinding he started his own business in 1984 of Industrial & Automotive Lubricants. Later moved on to packaging industry products. Known as the first mover and introducer of new products in the industry.
Mr. Prateek Agarwal was born and brought up in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. He did his schooling from Ghaziabad & Delhi. He has done BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration and after that master in Chinese Language from Shenyang University of Foreign Language, Shenyang, China. Following his fathers footsteps, Business was in his blood. Like his father he also went under 3 years training (did job for 3 years) to learn the tricks of the trade. In the year 2011 January he joined his family business. He believes to grow we need to be a lifelong learner. On 10th Jan 2020 he finished his Phd in Business Management & Strategy and was awarded with honorary Doctorate by Sorbon University, France. Now he Dr. Prateek Agarwal. He has also written a book on Indian Family Business “Father Builds, Son Kills” which eventually became an Amazon Best Seller.
